Welcome to your new favourite spot!
Anchored to its floating pavilion for over a century, La Nautique Restaurant is a low-key institution and an iconic hub of life in the Old Port.
Today, it reopens its doors with renewed vigour, serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine and upholding its long-standing promise of being a timeless venue, open to all.
A floating pavilion in the heart of the Old Port — a unique experience in Marseille.
Fresh, local, seasonal produce — home-cooked Mediterranean cuisine with a Corsican twist.
Breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, dinner… open to all, Monday to Saturday.
Behind the pavilion’s gate, a peaceful haven awaits you. Just ring the bell.
La Nautique Restaurant sits on the floating pavilion of the Société Nautique de Marseille, at 20 quai de Rive Neuve on the south side of the Old Port (Vieux-Port). It is a five-minute walk from the Canebière or the Vieux-Port metro station (line 1), and once you’re through the gate you are on the water, among the yachts — a restaurant on a boat, near enough: the pavilion is moored to the quay and rocks gently with the swell — with Fort Saint-Nicolas and Notre-Dame de la Garde as a backdrop.
The restaurant opens Monday to Saturday at 8.30 am; breakfast is served from 9 am to 11.30 am. Lunch is a market menu with a set menu from €19; the afternoon is made for an aperitif facing the harbour; in the evening the menu opens up to fish, shellfish and sharing plates. On Sundays the pavilion rests.
Tables can be booked online at any time. For a group, a birthday or a company event, the pavilion can be hired: details here.
Lunch menu, evening menu, dishes to share at any time of day.
At La Nautique Restaurant, every dish celebrates the best of the Mediterranean — fresh, homemade, generous. Authentic cuisine in a unique setting.
